About my Camaro
Purchased this vehicle when I was a sophomore in high school which was about 4 years ago. Car was bone stock down to the wheels and cloth interior. Car went to TSP last year, heads/cam/nitrous were thrown on the car. The stock 346 was just too weak with a lot of mileage and spun a rod bearing after about 20k miles of enjoying the car. The motor was built here in Albuquerque by Jeff McClintic car was stroked to a 383, 4340 Crank 4.000 Stroke, H-Beam Rods 6.200, JE Pistons File Fit Rings, Cometic Gaskets that brought the compression to 11.9:1. Car Dynod 466RWHP 438lbft thru a unlocked A4(4l60E) and on a 75Shot(tuning purposes) made 545RWHP 518lbft. Car has ran a 12.0@115 All Motor in Albuquerque(7000ft DA) on Drag Radials with a 1.78 60' Street Trim. Car will be undergoing weight reduction and slicks/skinnies for next track season. Looking for 10.50's on motor in Texas coming this spring.
